“I started with the impression that I could not get disability because I had already been approved for early retirement. After calling Premier and talking to an agent I was told I was told wrong.
Later I received a case manager (Jaimie McKinney). Jaimie did send forms to me and I filled them out. What was great, in my case was Jaimie actually filled the forms on the phone and saved my having to mail them. Being as disabled as I am I really appreciated that service.
